Qualifications Job Requirements: High School or equivalent. Basic computer skills and strong customer service skills. Preferred Job Requirements: Certification from a nationally recognized agency as a phlebotomist upon hire. Certification from a nationally recognized agency as a medical lab assistant within 2 years of the hire date. Experience working in the clinical setting. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
