JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to perform diagnostic testing and analysis on patient samples, including blood, urine, and tissue. Responsibilities include evaluating specimen integrity, conducting laboratory tests, ensuring quality control, and reporting accurate results. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with laboratory equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred
• Hematology experience
• Blood Bank preferred
• 2-4 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality standards

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot lab instruments
