QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) OR a Bachelor’s degree in MLS, CLS, or MT OR Bachelor’s degree in related field plus Certificate in MLS, MCLS, or MT, recognized by NAACLS
• Will accept MLT/CLT students graduating within six months
• Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent is required within six months of employment
