Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, urinalysis, serology, and microbiology Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment Perform quality control procedures and equipment calibration Analyze and interpret laboratory results using sound professional judgment Assist with phlebotomy as needed Work in hospital and/or outpatient clinic environments Accurately document and manage data within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Additional Information Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Requirements Qualifications Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (Bachelor’s degree preferred) ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification required Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required 2–3 years of experience as a CLS or MLT in a hospital laboratory setting Previous medical or clinical laboratory experience required Experience in rural or underserved healthcare settings preferred Prior Indian Health Services (IHS) or tribal healthcare experience preferred Phlebotomy experience preferred Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to pass Federal Security Clearance Immunization records required Are you ready?
