JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing various administrative tasks and supporting our team in achieving their goals. This position requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
