We have an exciting opening for a Medical Liaison Specialist, which is a dynamic role designed to take your career to the next level. Qualifications

  • University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar role, specifically involving the understanding of study protocols across different indications.
  • Experience in communicating with investigators is required, while experience in engaging with Key Opinion Leaders is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, advanced critical thinking skills along with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
  • Experience working in an international team and effective communication in English
  • Working proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoin
Responsibilities
  • Engage in both oral and written communication on a daily basis with Key Opinion Leaders and members of the PSI Scientific Advisory Board.
  • Clarify PSI teams’ expectations regarding study protocol reviews.
  • Review study protocols across various indications, along with the consultancy reports prepared by the members of the PSI Scientific Advisory Board. Subsequently, prepare concise summaries of these reports for the PSI teams.
  • Identify and recruit new members for the PSI Scientific Advisory Board across various countries and therapeutic indications.
  • Maintain the PSI Scientific Advisory Board library by uploading reviews and ensuring the database is updated with new members.
  • Coordinate and monitor payments, in cooperation with PSI Finance Department.
  • Manage consultancy agreements, including tracking expiry dates and facilitating extensions as needed, in cooperation with the PSI Legal Department.
    This position does not require travel.
