We are an aggressive and talented team of trial attorneys who are dedicated to getting the best results for our clients. We are seeking an experienced medical malpractice attorney to join our team in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Responsibilities Manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload of medical malpractice claims from the initial assessment to the final resolution. Consult with experts in the field to thoroughly assess the standard of care and determine whether a breach has occurred. Identify, research, and analyze complex legal issues and conflicting legal opinions. Regularly communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel in a way that facilitates case progression and addresses concerns. Efficiently prioritize a range of assignments and competing deadlines. Take and defend depositions, represent clients in arbitration proceedings, and argue motions to secure favorable rulings. Attend in-person and virtual court appearances. Collaborate with fellow attorneys, staff members, and partners on legal projects to foster professional development. Requirements 6+ years of medical malpractice defense experience. Experience handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other complex assignments. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. The ability to manage a large caseload and the day-to-day tasks involved within the cases. A strong desire to learn and grow in their legal profession. Experience billing for your time.
