REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Doctoral degree / Medicine.
• Experience: 5 years in pharmaceutical industry
• Endocrinology/Diabetologist specialist (preferably) or Internal Medicine specialist or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience in similar role, minimum 2 year - 2 year of experience in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry
• English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of the business Diabetes Care.

• Responsible for covering Mexico and DX Markets (Caribbean, Central America, and Peru)
• Provide medical & scientific knowledge, advices and guidance to key stakeholders for ADC products, including scientific exchange and professional relationship building with KOLs.
• Establish and maintain peer to peer relationships with KOLs at major academic institutions and clinics.
• Developing KOL engagement plans, collecting insights, identifying clinical investigators, communicating medical /scientific data, connecting internal and external stakeholders, providing conference support, supporting external stakeholder research activities.
• In partnership with Marketing team to develop a strategy to training speakers.
• Provide medical & scientific input to Medical Affairs strategies and commercial plans as required including pipeline.
• Review and provide feedback on IIS proposals.
• Support affiliate Clinical Affairs in the management of clinical studies, as appropriate (e.g. review new clinical study protocols, identifying potential investigators/sites, conducting feasibility surveys).
