EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business intelligence, statistics, economics, business administration or another relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing data analysis in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Masters Excel, analytical tools and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (asset).
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques (e.g. A/B testing, regression, clustering).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to popularize complex results.
  • Critical thinking, analytical rigor, natural curiosity and strong business acumen.
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation in the medical device sector.
  • Availability to travel to support /participate to trade shows and events
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Medical Sales Director, your main responsibilities are to:

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Formulate clear, actionable recommendations based on analysis.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and industry studies to build marketing strategies.
  • Participate in customer segmentation and customer value modeling.
  • Produce dashboards and regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of predictive models (e.g. regression analysis, advanced segmentation, marketing attribution).
  • Work with BI (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GA4, Zapyrus).
  • Define relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor their evolution and ensure their alignment with business objectives.
