ABOUT US:

Panacea Ultrasound Services provides high-quality mobile and in-clinic ultrasound imaging, specializing in general, vascular, and first-trimester OB scans. All exams are performed by credentialed sonographers and interpreted by board-certified radiologists. Our mission is to deliver accessible, affordable imaging—either at our Dade City location or directly in physician offices.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Temporary Healthcare Marketing Representative to promote our mobile ultrasound services to local physician offices, clinics, and wellness providers. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and experienced in medical sales or healthcare marketing. You’ll play a key role in building awareness and helping practices generate revenue with no upfront cost or overhead.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical office administration (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging or ultrasound services is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outreach to medical offices, clinics, and wellness centers with provided guidance, brochures and talking points
  • Schedule and attend in-person visits to present our mobile imaging services
  • Communicate how providers can earn revenue by offering in-office ultrasound with no added staffing or equipment costs. You’re offering them a way to make money — not asking them to spend it
  • Promote our brick-and-mortar clinic as an additional option for referrals
  • Follow up with leads and report weekly progress
  • Collaborate directly with the owner to support growth goals
