Anchor Health Medical Clinic is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Medical Office Admin to join our team. We are a Family Medical and Walk-in Clinic offering comprehensive care to the Calgary community.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Medical Office Assistant - (preferred; may be waived based on experience and skills)
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and strong call-handling skills
  • Proficiency with Med Access EMR
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed
Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and registering patients
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Coordinating with physicians and allied health professionals
  • Processing billing and health claims
  • Handling confidential medical records and documentation
