Position information: This position provides administrative, clerical and billing support to Shangri-La’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. This role is essential in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly on a daily basis while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Position Details: Status: Full-Time, 40 Hours, Hourly Location: Eugene, OR Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm Work Setting: In-Person Starting Wage: $19.17 Starting wage may adjust depending on experience. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record Must pass a background check through Oregon’s Criminal History Unit Previous experience in a front office, reception, or medical/clinical setting is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using communication platforms Basic knowledge of patient privacy and confidentiality practices (HIPAA) Excellent organizational, communication, technology, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment A creative mind that enjoys bringing fresh ideas to team collaboration, office aesthetics, and client engagement Bilingual not required, however it is a plus Benefits: Paid Training Provided: You will go through our New Hire Training week that includes; Welcome to Shangri-La, Mission, Intro to Human Sexuality, CPR & First Aid, Trauma Informed Services, and Driver Safety.
