Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using electronic medical records systems.
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and update records accurately to ensure seamless billing and documentation processes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding pre-visit instructions, follow-up appointments, and necessary documentation.
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence professionally while providing clear information about services and procedures.
  • Support office operations by managing inventory of clinic supplies and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a Physio or Wellness Clinic setting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Jane App and direct billing insurance portals is a strong asset.
  • Excellent office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact empathetically with patients and team members.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
