Our state-of-the-art, multi-modality clinics are expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our team. This permanent full-time position at our Westgate Clinic offers the chance to be part of a dynamic, patient-focused environment where every day is an opportunity to make a real impact on patient care.
As a Medical Office Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinics, ensuring patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments for diagnostic imaging (such as ultrasounds, X-rays, pain management, mammograms, and BMD), and helping patients prepare for their procedures. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate electronic medical records and you will collaborate with our skilled technologists and radiologists to ensure seamless patient flow.
