  • Proficiency in medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems is highly desirable; knowledge of OSCAR is needed.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in managing front desk operations and handling multi-line phone systems.
