About Us: MedPros is a healthcare management business that provides management and billing support to a variety of clinics in Ontario.

Job Description: As an in-office Medical Office Administrator (MOA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a variety of our managed clinics. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with admin duties at assigned clinics
  • Performing day-to-day MOA tasks and duties for family medicine clinics
  • Working with a variety of EMRs including Accuro, Oscar, Telus and Avaros
  • Supporting office management in a variety of admin tasks
  • Assisting with reporting
  • Handling inquiries and phone calls
  • Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of six (6) months of MOA experience in a walk-in clinic or family practice clinic.
  • Experience with a variety of EMRs including Oscar, Accuro, Telus, and Avaros.
  • Must have own reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
