JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, proficiency in electronic medical records, and experience with multi-line phone systems. The Medical Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting patients, and maintaining accurate records.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is must.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare environment.
  • Experience using electronic medical records systems is highly desirable.
  • Background as a dental receptionist or in similar administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.
