ABOUT US:

yYoung Medical Clinic is focused on patient centered wellness and works in collaboration with our integrated pharmacy.
We are looking for an experienced, dependable/punctual, detailed oriented MOA on a FT basis who thrives in a fast paced environment with opportunities to learn.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic that is committed to providing excellent customer service and is enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of others.
Shifts will be either during the day/morning or afternoon/evening. Must be available during weekends.
In your role, you will be reporting to the Medical Director, Practitioners and Registered Clinical Counsellors, and Clinic Manager, as well as working cooperatively with other staff.
Experience working with InputHealth EMR is an asset.

ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Fluent in English with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibits a professional image, mature communication style, and proper phone etiquette
  • Adaptable, fast learner, ability to take constructive criticism and implement changes
  • Proficient computer/data/entry skills

    Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Front desk reception, which includes greeting patients, scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Billing for visits
  • Registering patients and guiding them to the exam rooms
  • Prepping patients for the practitioners
  • Providing exceptional service in a timely manner
  • Maintaining inventory of exam room, ordering and receiving
  • Performing other duties as necessary to support all members of our team
