Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
• Assist with patient flow in a busy medical dermatology environment
• Educate patients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Support front desk operations including scheduling, check‑in, and check‑out
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations

• Familiarity with skincare products, treatments, or cosmetic procedures (an asset, not required)
