REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of EMR systems.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in the office environment.
  • Flexible to work evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Office Assistant/Front-End Receptionist is responsible for presenting a great first impression for patients at our clinic and providing administrative support to our clinicians. This part-time role is perfect for someone who wants to work evenings.

This role has the primary responsibility of providing excellent customer service to our clients, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and interacting with patients over the phone and in person.
  • Collecting personal information from patients and entering it in the EMR system.
  • Operating the phones and responding to emails sent to the office.
  • Scheduling appointments for patients.
  • Validating patients’ payment methods.
  • Updating patients’ health records.
  • And other duties as assigned by management.
