3. ADMINISTRATIVE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Utilize MS Office with strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., creating and managing patient scheduling chart).
  • Perform standard front desk tasks: faxing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and record upkeep.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong MS Office skills—especially Excel (formulas, charts, scheduling tools).
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay highly organized, and adhere to schedules.
  • Comfortable serving as a patient chaperone during medical examinations.
  • Competence in front desk operations—faxing, scanning, photocopying.
  • Reliable, punctual, professional, and committed to office hygiene.
  • Eligible to legally work in Canada.
