We are looking for a full-time (Saturdays, Sundays) for Medical Office Supervisor to join our team in NW Calgary, a busy family practice and Walk-ins, with 4 family physicians and also specialists working in a dynamic team atmosphere.

Duties Include:

• Answering phones, messages, and patient questions
• Booking patient appointments
• Greet patients and manage exam rooms
• Process referrals, requisitions and results
• Manage patient care with an EMR (Med Access)
• Process mail, faxes, scanning, and filing
• Collaborate and communicate with other staff/care providers to ensure effective patient care
• Some Healthcare billing and 3rd party billing.
• Other clinic duties as may be required
• Assisting the Physician’s bills.

Qualifications: * MOA certified ( LPN OR RN) or equivalent training required

• Strong computer skills for a chartless office.
• Good Interpersonal Skills with a positive, friendly attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of professionalism with attention to detail
• Strong time management, self-motivated and independent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
