We are a busy, multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Coquitlam seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and professional receptionist to join our front desk team. In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face our clients see, helping to create a warm and positive environment from the moment they arrive.
Our clinic provides physiotherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture, all aimed at promoting overall health and enhancing our clients’ quality of life.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Jane App software is required
  • Experience with direct billing to ICBC, and Third-Party Insurers is required
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or a similar role
  • Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of healthcare services, particularly physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic care, counseling, and nutrition, is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Schedule appointments for clients in person or over the phone.
  • Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date and confidential.
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage insurance claims.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operation of the clinic.
  • Address client inquiries and provide information about our services.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Washing and folding laundry.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
