POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, quick learner, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a high-volume clinical environment.
Fluency in English writing and speaking skills is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in and check-out
  • Operate and update patient charts in Accuro EMR software
  • Answer phone calls, emails and handle patient inquiries
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff with administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures
  • Handle stressful situations and distressed clients calmly and professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as an MOA or in a medical/clinical setting preferred
  • Proficiency with Accuro EMR (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional attitude
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow within the clinic
  • Interest in podiatry a must.
