JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by providing exceptional administrative support. Experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Epic and Dentrix, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the office.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role or front desk position is beneficial.
