Sea to Sky Pediatrics is a growing pediatric medical clinic located in the heart of North Vancouver. Our team includes eight dedicated pediatricians who provide care both in our clinic and at local hospitals including Lions Gate Hospital, St. Paul’s Hospital, and BC Children’s Hospital.
We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for both patients and staff. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our collaborative team of MOAs, physicians, and office manager.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical Office Assistant Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of MOA experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working with children and families is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems – Accuro EMR experience is a strong asset.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking.
  • Strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct assistance to physicians and patients during clinic hours.
  • Greet and assist families throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked reception and examination rooms.
  • Manage clinic workflows and contribute to a smooth, efficient office environment.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and follow up with patient inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Schedule appointments and manage physician calendars.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
