  • Support front desk operations by verifying patient information and collecting co-pays or payments
  • Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and staff to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical information
  • Experience with dental reception duties or dental office workflows is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and scheduling
