QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; 2 yrs experience with Health Quest
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures related to healthcare operations.
