PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and data management.
  • Foundational knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
  • Certification in phlebotomy or experience in venipuncture is preferred though optional for clinical duties.
Responsibilities

As a Medical Office Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our patient experience by:

  • Clearly explaining our diverse services to new patients.
  • Administering injections and performing basic medical treatments.
  • Accurately logging and charting patient information after each treatment.
  • Managing incoming calls professionally.
  • Processing patient payments.
  • Scheduling patient appointments with PRM medical providers and our nutritionist.
  • Maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms.
  • Coordinating prescription refills and new orders with pharmacies.
  • Scanning and uploading documents to our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory for medical supplies.
  • Handling faxes as needed.
