We are a multi-disciplined health facility that has been growing over the last ten years. We are looking for a career-minded individual to eventually act as our Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of the business while working with the CEO on expansion projects to continue our growth.
You would begin by working in various departments of our health center and becoming familiar with our operations and team members. Within 2-4 months, you would be supporting and eventually helping to drive the growth of the business by working with the CEO and the entire team to improve the quality and quantity of our services.
Qualifications
The right candidate will have some or all the following:
· 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role at a healthcare practice.
· Solid understanding of health insurance, billing and collections, and accounts receivable management, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation
· Skilled communicator and able to bring consensus to work projects.
· Desire to improve people’s health.
· Motivated to help other team members become more expert.
· Able to create a team environment.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Professional and courteous in tone and information delivery.
· Strong organization and leadership skills.
· Able to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
· Experienced running group meetings.
· Capable of supporting doctors and other providers, as well as new and veteran employees.
· Personally active in a healthy lifestyle.
· Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
· Self-starter, energetic.
· Demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
· Perform at high levels in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
· Anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
· Familiar with Alternative Medicine.
· Capable of learning and using software and information technology quickly.
Responsibilities

Some of the more important duties are:

  • Oversees the daily functioning of a healthcare center to ensure service is excellent, and procedures are all followed.
  • Work closely with the CEO, taking as much work as possible from his duties, allowing him to focus on expansion opportunities.
  • Through management, leadership, and coaching, improve team performance and morale.
  • See that practical operational policies and procedures are consistently implemented and improved upon, in conjunction with veteran team members.
  • Work with CEO, providers, and support personnel to improve the quality and quantity of services.
  • Help grow the business.
  • In charge of all human resources duties, some of which can be delegated, including hiring, training, reviewing all support personnel and providers, in conjunction with the senior provider as needed.
  • Oversee and manage payor contracts and relationships
  • Oversee and sustain external referral relationships
  • Oversee and manage necessary marketing programs and projects
  • Ensure all provider credentialing is complete and current.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Predict future logistical needs.
  • Quickly become competent with new software and information technology.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
