Job Details 2 Clinic Locations: Torrance and Koreatown Full Time Permanent Position Negotiable Pay with Benefits Side by side with Dr/Owner, manage all clinic employees to ensure all processes, procedures, and expectations are being adhered to with the objective of providing high quality patient care. Mentor and guide staff members to help them achieve their highest levels of potential Ensure compliance of state requirements and licensure updates Ensure proper medical records management and HIPPA compliance Review medical billing and reports Oversee efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies and equipment Coordinate with vendor services Manage company payroll, AR and AP Requirements Healthcare Office experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred Knowledgeable with Medical Insurance Verification procedures Experienced with Payroll Processing, AP/AR Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Good grasp of medical terminologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding multi-tasker Ability to promote camaraderie in the office Ability to see and understand the bigger picture Great work ethic Honest and trustworthy Professional demeanor Willingness to listen and learn Ability to speak in either Korean or Spanish preferred Benefits
