My Cardiologist is the Leading and Highly Reputed Cardiology Group Practice in the South Florida Region. We are looking for a qualified medical office manager to manage one of our several practice locations in Boca. You will be responsible for day-to-day Medical Office operations.
A successful medical manager demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills ,with the ability to perform well and consistently in general as well as stressful situations. Our position requires knowledge of healthcare systems, operations and EMR to ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted service in our medical office.

SKILLS

  • Prior work experience as a medical office supervisor/lead.
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles.
  • Ability to handle medical records discreetly
  • Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities
  • To Directly report to the Chief Administrative Officer in supervising the Office Operations and collaborating with the other locations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Supervise office staff, including receptionists, secretaries, Medical Assistants and the Technologists.
  • Order medical and office supplies and create an organized inventory system with help of assigned administrative assistants to you.
  • Audit and Reconcile Daily Office Collections and Deposits.
  • Liaise with the doctors and nurses for their calendars, schedules and Time Off’s.
  • Arrange cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services as necessary
  • Provide assistance to patients in case of any complaints or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards
