JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within a medical office environment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic medical records, medical terminology, and front desk operations, and will be comfortable using various phone systems. Familiarity with Accuro software is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems; experience with Epic is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and office procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
