Preferred Qualifications: * Certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant or equivalent credential. * Experience with specific EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. * Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages in the United States. * Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes. * Customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
