We keep our schedules consistent, predictable, and planned far in advance so you always know what to expect! You'll work full-day shifts that rotate through a 3-day workweek / 4-day workweek pattern, repeating consistently, to include every other weekend! Our business hours are: 8 AM – 6 PM, October – February 8 AM – 7 PM, March – September As our Medical Office Receptionist, you'll become the first point of contact, setting the tone for the entire visit. You'll greet and register walk‑in patients with calm confidence, verify insurance with care, and clearly collect copays, outstanding balances, and office visit charges. You'll manage incoming calls and respond to faxes promptly, all while keeping the front desk organized and welcoming. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor help patients feel comfortable and informed, and your teamwork keeps the clinic flowing smoothly from arrival to checkout.
