Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Specialist to join our Primary Care and Walk-In Clinic. As a Medical Office Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic by providing administrative support to the medical staff and patients. Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations - Collect patient information and update medical records - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Process patient payments - Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies This position is full time.
