Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Specialist to join our OrthoAgility Center. As a Medical Office Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic by providing administrative support to our healthcare team. Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule appointments and manage patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) system - Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for medical procedures - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and courteous manner - Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records - Assist healthcare providers with patient care as needed - Maintain a clean and organized office environment This position is full-time.
