Posting Title: Medical Officer Industry: Medical Salary: ₹1LPM to 1.25LPM Work Experience: 0–1 year Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide accurate diagnoses for general gynecological and obstetric conditions. Manage routine and urgent outpatient department (OPD) consultations with professionalism and empathy. Deliver comprehensive care for reproductive health, including prenatal, postnatal, and family planning services. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency gynecological and obstetric cases during night shifts. Perform emergency procedures such as manual removal of placenta, suturing, and stabilization of acute conditions. Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential medical records in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines, protocols, and advancements in gynecology and obstetrics. Provide patient education on preventive care, reproductive health, and post-treatment follow-up. Requirements MBBS degree from a recognized medical university with full medical registration (NMC/State Medical Council). Preference given to female candidates with 1–2 years of clinical experience in gynecology or emergency obstetric care. Demonstrated ability to independently manage night shift emergencies with confidence and clinical judgment. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills in gynecological and obstetric scenarios. Proficiency in handling common gynecological emergencies including postpartum hemorrhage, ectopic pregnancy, and preterm labor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to comfort and guide patients during stressful situations. Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and on-call duties as required.
