*Posting Title:* Medical Officer *Industry:* Hospital *Salary:* ₹35,000 to ₹35,000 LPM *Work Experience:* 2–3 Years *Required Skills:* Emergency, ICU, OPD --- *Responsibilities:* - Provide immediate and effective medical care in the Emergency Department, managing trauma, acute illnesses, and life-threatening conditions. - Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU, including administering life-support measures and adjusting treatment plans based on real-time clinical data. - Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning in the OPD, ensuring timely and accurate clinical interventions. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions across departments. - Participate in on-call duties and emergency response drills to ensure readiness for critical incidents. - Stay current with clinical guidelines, emerging medical practices, and hospital protocols to ensure evidence-based care delivery. - Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives. --- *Requirements:* - MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent). - Minimum of 2–3 years of post-graduation clinical experience in emergency medicine, ICU, and outpatient care. - Proven experience in managing acute medical emergencies, critical care stabilization, and chronic disease management in outpatient settings. - Strong proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and emergency resuscitation protocols. - Excellent clinical decision-making, diagnostic, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure. - Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and digital patient management tools. - Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities as required. ---
