Description
Description AO Multi Specialty Clinic is a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty oncology private practice serving Georgia and South Carolina. www.AOMSC.com. We are a leader in AI innovation in oncology and were named one of the Top 40 Fastest-Growing Companies in Georgia (2025). We have 6 locations, 9 medical oncologists, 4 gynecologic oncologists, 4 radiation oncologists, 2 urologists, 2 rheumatologists, 1 plastic surgeon, 9 APPs, an oncology pharmacist, and over 240 team members serving around 800,000 people living in 13 GA & 5 SC counties around Augusta Georgia. The demand for our services is so great in this growing and aging area that we are looking for multiple providers. Requirements Partnership Model for Medical Oncologists Partnership Track physicians are eligible for full partnership after 3 years No buy-in. No buy-out Pre-partnership compensation typically ranges from the mid-$400,000s to mid-$500,000s, depending on productivity. Structure includes a competitive base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation Upon partnership, compensation increases meaningfully through regular profit-sharing distributions in addition to clinical compensation Partner total compensation reflects both clinical productivity and ownership participation and substantially exceeds pre-partnership earnings Flexible Practice Model We welcome oncologists seeking part-time clinical roles (2–4 days/week). These positions are well-suited for physicians in transitional seasons of life, including family priorities, temporary relocation, or phased retirement. These roles are not partnership-track positions but offer flexibility, fair compensation ($300-500,000 based on productivity), and the opportunity to practice in a physician-led, collegial environment.
