Join a growing program in the world renowned UPMC Hillman Cancer Center at UPMC Altoona. We are currently recruiting a BC/BE medical oncologist/hematologist. Practice in a spacious center on the campus of UPMC Altoona hospital, dedicated to the latest in personalized medical and radiation oncology treatments and clinical trials. Work with an experienced team of medical oncologists/hematologists, a nurse practitioner, oncology nurses and support staff. Enjoy unprecedented growth in a busy practice that includes outpatient and inpatient medical consults, chemotherapy, lab and supportive therapy visits. Provide care in the clinic and hospital Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Share 1:5 call with your physician colleagues. Responsibilities

The physician will provide care in a growing program at the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, managing outpatient and inpatient medical consults, administering chemotherapy, and conducting supportive therapy visits. Responsibilities include working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and sharing 1:5 on-call duties with colleagues.
