What You’ll Do As MOCC Coordinator, you will serve as the operational backbone of Indiana’s Medical Operations Coordination Center, driving care coordination across rural communities. You will manage the day-to-day implementation, facilitating real-time coordination between emergency medical services, hospitals, and community-based providers. This role requires building cross-system communication protocols, tracking coordination performance metrics, and ensuring that care transitions for rural patients are seamless and well-documented. You will work closely with leadership, EMS professionals, and healthcare stakeholders to operationalize coordination strategies that measurably improve health outcomes. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in nursing, public health, or related field; master’s degree preferred Current or former EMR, EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or public safety professional such as 911 dispatch Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across agencies and disciplines Familiarity with rural healthcare delivery systems and care coordination frameworks preferred At CSpring, we unlock the potential of people and data.
