Description Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our team. This position plays an important role as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Job Summary The Patient Access Representative I performs a variety of clerical and reception duties including maintaining patient medical records, checking patients in and out for appointments, scheduling visits, verifying insurance, answering phones, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with patients and staff. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 6 months of customer service or reception experience required 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred EMR experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred Graduate of a certified medical office training course, CNA, or Medical Assistant program preferred Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Join our team and be part of a supportive, patient-focused environment that values professional growth and collaboration.
