The Medical Pipeline Liaison is a hybrid role blending field medical responsibilities (customer-facing) with strategic medical advisor functions. This position enhances AbbVie’s scientific leadership in key therapeutic areas by supporting the affiliate touchpoint process integral to pipeline strategic planning. Through a unified approach, the Medical Pipeline Liaison ensures the alignment of scientific and strategic objectives, supporting the successful execution of AbbVie’s pipeline strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a combination of field-based and strategic roles.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic medical plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English and French) with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to integrate scientific knowledge into commercial strategies effectively.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for customer-facing activities.
