Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Healthcare Sales Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our services within the UAE and Dubai healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling RCM services to medical providers, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with at least 3 years specifically in the medical RCM industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales and achieving targets in the healthcare sector, particularly in RCM services.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape, medical billing practices, payer relationships, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with various healthcare IT and RCM software solutions is a plus.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to understand and address complex client requirements.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or training in sales or healthcare management would be an advantage.
  • Language:
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting healthcare providers, medical institutions, hospitals, and clinics within the UAE and Dubai regions.
  • Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs within the medical RCM space.
  • Analyze trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to optimize sales approaches and positioning.
  • Lead Generation & Relationship Management:
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, finance, and operations teams at healthcare organizations.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
  • Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations of RCM services to prospective clients.
  • Articulate the benefits of RCM solutions, addressing client pain points, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in healthcare operations.
  • Negotiations & Contract Management:
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the organization and the client.
  • Ensure timely and effective contract closures while adhering to company policies and pricing structures.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of services to new clients.
  • Provide input on marketing materials and campaigns to generate awareness and interest within the targeted healthcare segment.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Maintain a detailed and updated pipeline of sales opportunities and provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Track progress toward sales targets and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
