We are currently hiring a full time medical receptionist for our location in Mid Town Toronto. We believe in offering a perfect work/home balance and offer flexible shifts to meet your needs.
Wages: $20 to $23 Hourly depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greeting patients and visitors in person in a friendly manner
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining physicians schedule
• Confirm bookings over the phone and via email
• Maintain patient records
• Log appointments in EMR system

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year experience as a receptionist in a medical facility
• Experience using an EMR system (OSCAR or Avaros)
• Able to speak, read and write in English

  Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical Receptionist: 1 year (required)
• EMR systems: 1 year (preferred)
