This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern time | 4 hours per day, 20 paid hours per week Position Overview We are looking for a Medical Receptionist who not only excels in patient communication and administrative efficiency but also brings creativity and initiative to help strengthen our social media presence and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Coordination Greet patients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival or over the phone. Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s management system. Verify patient information, insurance details, and maintain accurate records. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent customer service. Assist with patient check-in/check-out and handle billing or payment processes when needed. Administrative Support Maintain organized digital and paper files. Prepare and manage reports, correspondence, and other office documents. Support day-to-day operational and clerical needs of the healthcare team. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when necessary. Social Media & Marketing Support Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to highlight services, wellness tips, and patient success stories (with consent). Help manage online engagement — respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally. Support marketing initiatives such as newsletters, promotions, and community outreach campaigns. Track and report social media analytics and engagement trends. Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a healthcare setting preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities — both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Basic knowledge of healthcare systems or EMR software is an advantage. Creative mindset with an eye for branding and marketing trends. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
