Courtyard Health Clinic is a new private healthcare practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional environment. As our clinic grows, we are seeking a welcoming and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient has a positive and comfortable experience from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a genuine passion for helping people.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable manner and a commitment to outstanding patient care
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn clinic management systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally, in person and on the phone
  • Manage appointment bookings and clinic diaries
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Respond to patient queries, provide information, and resolve basic concerns
  • Support clinical staff with general administrative duties
  • Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and incoming calls
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Assist with basic invoicing and payments as needed
