Cremore Clinic is looking for a patient focused experienced Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join a leading GP practice in North Dublin. This is a great opportunity for someone who has already gained some experience in GP practice and wants to develop further in a great professional team environment.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to operate as part of a patient focused reception / administrators’ team. You will require a positive attitude with a friendly, outgoing, helpful personality, excellent communication skills and customer service experience. You must have experience of working in a similar busy patient facing environment, ideally within a GP Practice and have knowledge of a GP Patient Administration System such as HealthOne or Socrates.
The role will involve scheduling appointments, meet & greet patients in a friendly and professional manner on arrival. Receiving and screening telephone queries from patients in a professional customer focused manner. Relaying messages and providing administration support to medical staff. Dealing with hospitals, pharmacies and outside agencies. Monitoring the waiting room and directing patients within the clinic. Processing medical forms, medical results and maintaining accurate records.
You will also get the opportunity to work on specific projects that arise within the clinic.
Remuneration will depend on experience.
