JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our multidisciplinary Chiropractic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to patients, and ensuring the smooth flow of office processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in direct Billing process, and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role within a chiropractic or physiotherapy clinic preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems (Jane) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff.
• Proficient in using office equipment and software applications relevant to front desk operations.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care are crucial for success in this role.

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain patient records accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Jane.
• Collect patient information and direct bill private insurance.
• Assist in the management of office supplies and maintain a clean and organized clinic.
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
